With the heaviest of hearts and tears in our eyes we try to cope with the loss of our dear brother and friend Matthew Savnik. We are blessed to have spent thousands of hours on and off stage with this great human being over many years. 🙏❤️
We played together in many projects for basically our whole music career: Started out in 2002 and played our last show together last week (!!!), Matt brought my brothers P and Sam into my space, which i am forever grateful for. We played thousands of shows, went through ups and downs, laughed hard together, experienced soooo many magical groove moments. Thank you so much my brother. 🙏
In complete disbelief that he is no longer here with us, i do believe he is playing in the heavenly band with the other greats he admired so much. My heart goes out to his family and his partner Andrea and everyone who was close to him. ❤️
Rest in power and peace, dear brother! I miss you! 😭
