Happy New month people 🥰. It's been a while but we're back and better 🤗.
Let me usher you into the new month with this everything tasty and more PUFPUF RECIPE.

*Ingredients*
2 cups all purpose flour
⅓ cup sugar
2 tablespoons yeast
1 to 1½ cups warm water
½ teaspoon milk flavor
½ teaspoon vanilla flavor
1littre of oil for frying (it will still be left after frying).

*Procedure*
1- Sieve your flour into a clean bowl to remove any dirt/lumps
2- add all dry ingredients and mix.
3- gradually add your warm water and mix until you get a thick (not watery) consistency.
4- after mixing until smooth, cover and allow it to proof for 20-35mins or until it doubles in size.
5- Put your oil in a deep frying pan or pot (remember you are deep frying the pufpuf so make sure the oil is sufficient and not in a shallow pan) and let it get hot before you start frying.
N/B use a very small quantity of the batter to test if the oil is hot. If it sinks to the bottom and stays there then it isn't hot. Wait until it sinks and rises back to the top almost immediately before you scoop your batter to start frying.
6- scoop and drop it in the oil in small round shapes (practice makes perfect 😉)
7- fry until golden brown, remove and serve. Perfect with pap, beans, or pepper 😋
