Recipe for kwacoco and banga soup.some ladies in the house have requested for this .
Let's go to the market lol

-palm nuts - 500frs
-smoked fish -2500
-crayfish 500
-onion,salt,pepper,500
Coco yams -1000
-plantain leaves- 300

Method
1- wash,boil,pound and extract juice using some warm water.

2- put on fire ,steam for about 10 mins
3- add onion ,salt pepper, crayfish and dry fish and cook for about 20mins
4-peel coco yams great add a pinch of salt ,and tie using plantain leaves.
