Unfortunately, we don't have the necessary components to provide repair services for this product. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

While your Infinity Watch might be keeping time like a champ, pairing up is a bit like a magic trick that requires a bit more power. So here's a friendly tip: try popping in a brand new battery. It's often just the boost your watch needs to get that remote control paired and ready to unveil all those wonderful features we've packed into your Infinity Watch. However, in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, we kindly request your understanding and patience.
Customer 2⃣: Another customer purchased one of our watches six months ago and used it for a while. Due to personal reasons, they no longer wanted the product and requested a refund. After a conversation, we discovered that the product itself was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a return or refund service for reasons unrelated to product quality. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Customer 3⃣: We had a customer who purchased one of our watches from a local magic shop. They attempted to replace the battery themselves when it ran out, but unfortunately, due to incorrect handling, the watch stopped working. The customer then demanded a full refund. We asked the customer to send the watch to us for inspection, and upon examination, we found that the battery replacement was done incorrectly, resulting in a lack of contact with the conducting point. We explained the situation to the customer, but they still insisted on a full refund. We want to reiterate that we offer after-sales services, including battery replacements. Additionally, we can only provide return and refund services for products purchased directly from Bluether.
