✅Is your gear properly checked and set up?
✅Do you have a proper nutrition and hydration strategy?

✅How efficient is your thermalling technique?
✅Are you reading the terrain to find the next thermal?
✅Do you make conscious decisions about speed vs efficiency?
✅Is your positioning in the thermal actually working?
🎯 AFTER FLIGHT:

✅Did you learn something new about local conditions?
