Not every great booth is about the wow factor you see in the photos. 🎯

Some projects are great because of everything that had to go right before the first photo was ever taken.

The Nureva booth at InfoComm was that kind of project.

This build was technical from day one. The planning, the coordination, the precision required to make sure every system worked exactly the way it needed to on show day. Nothing about this was left to chance. Every detail was mapped out, every requirement was accounted for, and the team executed it without a single issue on the floor.

That’s harder than it sounds.

In this industry it’s easy to celebrate the big visual moments. The arches, the LED walls, the custom finishes. But the projects that teach you the most are the ones where the real work is invisible. Where success looks like nothing going wrong.

7 of 7. is officially a wrap. 🙌

But we didn’t stop there.

While we were closing out one of the best show runs we’ve had, the team was already on the floor at Floriexpo. Two shows. Same week. Same standard.

This is what the Blink machine looks like when it’s running at full speed.

Every project that went up this season reminded us of something important: the details are everything. The finish, the light, the way a space feels when someone walks in for the first time. That’s what we obsess over and that’s what our clients feel when they see their booth for the first time on show day.

To every client who trusted us this season, thank you. These projects don’t happen without that trust and we never take it for granted. 🙏

Now we take a breath. Still some projects in June and July. Getting ready for August and so on.

Because what’s coming next is the busiest season of the year and we are just getting warmed up. The calendar is filling up fast and the builds are getting bigger.

Booth 6 of 7. 🇨🇱 And we saved some of our best work for the final stretch.

This is at and every inch of this build was intentional.

Lightboxes that hit exactly right. High end carpentry that you can feel the quality of just by looking at it. This is the kind of booth where the craftsmanship does the talking before anyone says a word.

There is something special about a project where the finish is just clean. No distractions, no compromises. Just a space that represents a brand the way it deserves to be represented.

Some booths just come together perfectly. This was one of them. ✨

50x20 ft for at and honestly it speaks for itself.

From the first render to the final install, this project was a reminder of why we do what we do. The space came out beautifully and watching the client’s reaction on show day is something that never gets old.

This is what happens when both sides are aligned, the client knows what they want, and the team building it refuses to settle for anything less than great. Plus, this booth was assembled in less than 10 hours. Huge shout out to our team for making this possible.

GEDU, thank you for the trust. Putting your brand in someone else’s hands takes confidence and we don’t take that lightly. It was a pleasure from start to finish. 🙏

This one was a milestone for us. 🙌

Our collaboration with brought together everything we love about this work: great systems, bold design, and technology that actually moves people.

Two projects. A 40x20 and a 20x20. Both with hanging signs. And both packed with the kind of details that make people stop and look twice.

Here’s what went into these builds:

🔲 Bematrix + Maxima Light structures
🪵 Custom wood work throughout
📺 Full AV integration
🖥 20 touch screens across both booths
💡 And for the first time ever, our brand new LED flexible cabinets deployed from our own inventory

That last one is a big deal for us. Getting to showcase our own LED flexible technology on a live show floor, in a real project, for a real client, was something we had been working toward for a long time. Seeing it up and running was a proud moment for the whole Blink team.

The result? Two booths that felt complete. Nothing missing, nothing out of place.

NAFSA 2026 — Project 2 of 7 🇮🇪

When a client cares about every single detail, you show up the same way.

This 30x20 booth for Ireland was built on one principle: no shortcuts. The color match had to be exact. Every finish, every surface, every corner had to meet the standard the client expected. And it did.

Built on a system with custom elements throughout. Clean, polished, and exactly what was asked for.

That’s what happens when both sides care equally about the result.

NAFSA 2026. Project 1 of 7. 🇵🇪

This is the Peru booth and it might be my favorite of the show.

40x20 ft. Bematrix structure with custom wood. 3D illuminated logos, LED screens, lightboxes, and an experience that pulls you in from the aisle before you even realize you’re already inside.

That’s what we go for every time. Not a booth you approach. One that reaches out and grabs you first.

What made this one special was how everything worked together. The 3D logos gave it presence from a distance. The LED screens ran live content and gave the space energy. The Lightbox framed the environment and added depth. The custom wood brought warmth to what could have easily felt like just another modular structure. Every element had a job and every element did it.

Peru showed up at and people noticed.

This is what we do at Blink. We are an exhibit house and we take that seriously. From the first sketch to the last bolt on install day, the standard is the same: it has to be something people remember. Not good for a trade show. Just good, period.

NAFSA was a big week for us. 7 booths. One show. All of them built to the same level.

LED wall. Hanging sign. Interactive touchscreen. 30×20 feet. Built in-house. Setup in New York.
For our client , we designed and fabricated every inch of this booth under one roof — from the navy canopy and suspended signage to the LED video wall and custom touchscreen kiosk. No subcontracts. No shortcuts. Just one Blink team, one shop, one standard.
Let’s be real for a second — building in New York is not easy.
A union city means every hour is accounted for, every handoff is negotiated, and every detail has to survive three revisions before the truck even leaves the dock. Most builders see that as a ceiling. At Blink, we see it as the bar.
Because when your client’s whole brand is built on traceability and precision, your booth has to hold up to the same scrutiny. So we did what we always do — we went the extra mile. We kept the LED wall in-house. And we delivered it on a show floor that doesn’t grade on a curve.
