Corporate visits are part of our portfolio more or less since the beginning of BelgradeVIP® brand.
In past only the most brave managers were choosing external associates to host and handle their corporate guest for business, marketing field visits or leisure visits. Usually it would be given to some office manager or in tbe best case PR agency.
We had to work with our potential clients for years and show them all possibilities since it was a great unknown to a lot of them. On one side it was a presumption about the price and on the other side a concern how it will be seen from a business partner side.
Working with business clients from abroad and handling complete destination management for them and then starting to show it to local companies made a breakthrough and finally, few years ago we had our first project of this type for a local company.
It was a managers meeting from countries with emphasis on leisure and team building with a bit of business talk alongside.
It was a success and all partners from abroad were positively surprised with our role and execution in this project.
This weekend our client was a company that we looked up to when we first started out own business. Serbian brand with unique idea. We helped them to organize three day visit for business partners from China and it all went seamless.
