88 Lasertag is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, and motivated team players! We currently have openings for our Field Marshal positions. Please see below for job descriptions and directions for applying.

Do you love to work with kids and adults of all ages? As part of our award winning team, you can take advantage of your high energy and love of the outdoors by helping our customers have a blast playing Curaçao first OUTDOOR laser tag adventure!

FIELD MARSHAL

Job Duties:
Your responsibilities are to maintain the highest level of customer service for our guests to ensure they have a safe and awesome adventure experience. Job duties include meeting and greeting, giving instructional briefings, helping assist with birthday parties, corporate team building events and a variety of other groups. You will be responsible to help run our team “missions” (games), and help coordinate each entire 60 or 90 minute guest experience. You will have fun helping others have fun!

Job Requirements:
• Customer service skills.
• Must enjoy a fast pace and working with group of people.
• Certificate of good conduct behaviour.
• Willing to work 100% in the outdoors.
• Comfortable working with electronic equipment and computers.
• Availability to work shifts that will include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 20 years old with valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment:
Work is performed in a rugged, outdoor field right in the heart of Curaçao , Parke Publiko Sorsaka

Last 2 years we came up with the idea to surprise our customers during the 2nd week of the month with, for example, giving away 88 laser tag material like clothing or gift cards.
