👩‍🍳Michelle Foulia I live in Caergwrle, Flintshire, and work from home preparing mainly Greek traditional favourites as learned from my Greek heritage but with my own touch. Everything is homemade with fresh ingredients and no shortcuts or artificial alternatives.

I have experience in the catering trade from running a multi-award-winning cafe/tea room in Heswall and Ness Botanic Gardens for seven years. I keep my orders small so that I can make everything with care and quality. Feel free to contact me with any questions
