NEW MUSIC OUT ON SOUNDCLOUD!

Time to celebrate the achievement of one of my longest desired life goals!
By the end of the week I will visit Japan for a 2 week language class, followed by a 4 week travel through the country. Even though the country has so many different places to see. I will focus on marching the old Tokaido road that connects Kyoto with Tokyo. At a total of 530km, I want to try to walk from one city to the other within 3 weeks.
For that time, you will probably not hear or see anything from me, as I want to fully focus on myself and the journey itself. I will also only keep in touch with my GF and my closest ones during this time. I've been wanting this for over 20 years now and I don't want to be distracted by anything that could be messing with my vibe. So next time you're gonna hear something from me, after this week, will probably be once I'm back in April.

CATCH ME TONIGHT FROM 1:30-3:00 AT !

I've prepared a very special set for the kick-off of VOID's new party series DNB JITSU. It's going to be a battle between wild beats and heavy basses. Inspired by Japanese Taiko drums, used to uplift the spirit of the samurai when they left for war, my intention is to carry this spirit on to the dancefloor, to make it a battlefield of tunes duelling each other in perfect harmony. ⚔️🏹

Looking forward to playing alongside my precious crew member , reppin' .sounds , as well as the local legends & , and VOID's up and coming warrior .hope.i.exist ! Hosted by none other than Rollin MC of Berlin's ⛩️🏯

TODAY MARKS THE DAY FOR THE ELIMINATION OF VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN - AKA ORANGE DAY.

The perfect day for a tribute song, I've been working on lately. The track Labour by Paris Paloma has grown to an anthem of the feminist movement over the last year and it caught me from the very first second!

Ever since I started being interested in females, I started to enjoy being in their company for multiple reasons - and no, s*x ain't even one of them, since I barely got into an intimate relationship with friends.
I quickly noticed the shift in quality of conversations when being around women, compared to being around my boys. Topics that I considered "deep talk" when talking to my male friends, were the regular conversation level when talking to a female friend. Those conversations have taught me so many valuable lessons in terms of relationships, about understanding and expressing my emotions, but also about their struggle within a society which is dominated and solely shaped by men for men. They've always supported me in my darkest times - let it be losing a family member or being heartbroken - I really don't know where I would be now, if it wasn't for my bestie and all my close female friends! Ya'll mean so much to me and I barely get to say it to you - or at least not often enough. Thanks for being by my side. You know who you are! ❤️

On that note, I'd like to advise all my male fellas: if you're not already at it, you should start spending (more) time with (more) women for a good convo, every now and then. It will definitely top up your game of life, once you start seeing women as an equal (if not even better) human being, instead of objectifying and reducing them to the bare minimum of serving your primal desires.

STATEMENT

Some of you may have noticed that the output in my stories has changed lately. The simple reason is that I’m struggling with what’s happening in the world right now. It’s hard to enjoy what I usually love most – making music.

Politics worldwide have shifted to the right, racist assaults and discrimination against minorities are rising. People who support the oppressed – those being systematically exterminated – are criminalised, beaten, and imprisoned simply for standing up for human rights. Fascist leaders are setting up camps to enslave those fleeing war and torture, while most so-called democratic states remain silent.

I’m finding myself wondering how long it will still be safe for me to live here. I’m trying to enjoy life and, in my personal bubble, things are actually good. But it’s painful to see that everything I’ve worked for could be destroyed by greedy and racist politicians.

Usually, my way of life is to take things as they come – not worrying about tomorrow as long as I can be happy today. But the more I realise that the next few years may define whether I can stay here or not, the more I feel the urge to do whatever’s possible to stop this world from collapsing. So I decided to use this platform not only to promote my music, but also to focus on the things that may shape my future as an artist.

Even though I expected to lose followers, I’m happy that overall I’m still gaining more than I’m losing. That gives me hope that there are many like-minded people among you. In the end, it just feels like the right thing to do.

ALERTA!!!

Even though It's become a bit quiet about my music lately, some people seem to have found pleasure, listening to my bootleg of Antifaschist by & , over the last month.

Of all my tunes, remixes, bootlegs and DJ sets, it means A LOT to me, that this is the one tune people seem to be into the most!

With more and more repressions used on people who are standing up against the political shift to the right, at a time where people with an AntiFa(scist) mindset are considered to be terrorists, I'm happy for every like-minded soul out there! ✊🏾
