One of the most pleasing part of the distillation process! :-D

Our spirit safe... It is here that the all important cut is decided by our master distiller, Etienne Bouillon.

It is unbeliveable, how this spart of the distillation process has remained unchanged for so long, and almost poetic when this precious liquid starts flowing!

It really is a privilege to be working with this team!

The spirit still in our distillery in Hesbaye. Two of the stills from the old Glen Grant II (Caperdonich) distillery in Speyside were re-furbished and installed by Forsyth, the original manufacturer.

They worked for 14days non-stop to build in a wash and a spirit still. The end result is astoundingly beautiful...

Our distillery is open for visitor, and I highly recommend popping down is you are a whisky fan!

A shout of to a brilliantly quirky Belgian distillery; ! Their product are superbly well crafted and always with a healthy dose of fun! We need more talent like these!

Sugar beet rums (with a few awards under its belt), a superbly textured potato vodka (along with a ridiculously fun “perfect serve”) and a gin that is… well… a gin! Akin to Doppel Wacholder from Germany! I live these guys!

And so finishes the 24th spirits selection by concours mondial de Brussels! 105 spirit tasted, 6 distilleries visited in three days! This was the maddest I have ever attended! The organizing committee determined to overcome all obstacles and cram as much information as possible during the event! Absolutely unforgettable!

A special thanks to my jurry (Lillian ,Salvador, Carlo, Antonia and Jean Claude) for being true professionals in this industry. It was an honor to lead you!
