Dystopian Realism

At this time of the year Berlin is endlessly grey. With so many disasters around, it might be no surprise that the expression of myself through my art turned out to be a little different, despite feeling fine. Dystopia replaces melancholy and warmth:

Based on the vibe of the set I can highly recommend you Zdzisław Beksiński. This artist fascinated me deeply a few years ago. I discovered him via a permanent exhibition in Kraków, which absorbed me in countless times. Surrealistic and yet realistic paintings with no name displaying doom in an equivalent atmosphere.
