Catching up on what we haven't shared over the past few super intense and busy weeks and months! 😅

Here’s a quick look back at some of the last months conventions where we coordinated flight and train tickets for our clients’ guests, registered attendees for the respective congresses, and took care of transfers and business dinners.
Additionally, for those unable to attend in person, we registered them on the virtual platforms where the sessions were broadcast live.

As every year, the annual („Deutsche Gesellschaft für Kardiologie“)🫀🤍 took place in Mannheim, this year from April 3-6.

We took care of the travel arrangements for our client and their doctors and registered them to the convention.
•
In addition, we registered those guests, who couldn’t travel, to the virtual platforms, where the sessions had been digitally transmitted.

Another congress took place last week: The «129. Kongress der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Innere Medizin e.V. (DGIM)» in Wiesbaden from April 22nd-25th, 2023.

This year‘s leading topic was „Systemic Thinking-Individual Therapy“.
•
Again, we booked flight/train tickets for some of our clients‘ guests and registered the guests to the congress.
•

Back again from the annual DGK („Deutsche Gesellschaft für Kardiologie“)!🫀🤍

As every year, the took place in . Our clients stayed at the lovely in from where we organized a daily shuttle to the convention center in the mornings and back in the evenings.
•
For our guests, it was four days of learning, networking, and inspiration. From thought-provoking keynote speakers to hands-on workshops and breakout sessions, the DGK is THE German convention for cardiologists.
•
We took care of the travel arrangements for our client and their doctors, registered them to the congress, organized the shuttles as well as individual transfers.

Flashback, part 2: We organised this medical conference in Cologne with more than 100 guests f2f and also 100 medical doctors attending virtually🩺💻

Great atmosphere among the guests onsite with profound training sessions in interactive workshops with 15 speakers, a breakfast lecture as well as a dinner lecture.

Site inspection of the lovely Pullman Cologne Hotel earlier this week for a hybrid medical education conference 🩺 with 150 participants onsite, with plenum and several workshop sessions, and around 100 virtual guests. Very nice hotel with excellent meeting facilities 👌

I absolutely prefer face-to-face conferences and fortunately most of our clients as well, but it‘s great to have excellent working virtual and hybrid alternatives to pure onsite-meetings now.
