The past two months have been anything but quiet – packed with projects, meetings, and congresses that kept us moving (and our inboxes full 😉).

We supported:
✈️ Travel and logistics for our client at the ESC Congress in Madrid
🧑‍⚕️ The organization of several Advisory Board, Scientific Exchange and Expert Meetings
🏨 Hotel bookings and congress registrations for EASD in Vienna
👩‍⚕️ Speaker handling at the DGRh Congress in Wiesbaden
📍 Participant management at DGK Herztage in Hamburg including travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transfers, and congress registrations.

Now we’re looking forward to more really interesting projects this autumn (and to keeping our calendars just as busy) A huge «thank you» to our clients for the trust and collaboration.☀️

🌟 October & November Highlights! 🎉
The past two months have been incredibly productive for our team. Here’s a quick recap of what we’ve been working on:

🩺 October Recap
• Organized a successful Advisory Board Meeting and Scientific Exchange Meeting.
• Supported dedicated doctors at a major congress with seamless logistics, from travel arrangements to virtual connections for those attending remotely.

✨ November Recap
• Kicked off November with a Scientific Exchange Meeting in Frankfurt.
• Held a strategic Advisory Board Meeting in Munich, followed by a virtual session connecting experts worldwide.
• Hit the road in Northern Germany to scout fantastic venues for a major medical education event next year.
