I‘m back in the Netherlands for a couple of days and posting my first official gig announcement in a VERY long time and I‘m more than hyped to say the least! 👽

As we spend most of our time at home we are delighted with DIEDE’s long and energetic SALON podcast. The founder of Nachtwerk. based in Amersfoort, is rapidly building his way as an artist. His talent is not only recognized in the Netherlands as he played his first international gig in 2019 in Seoul’s infamous club Faust.

Besides his development as a musician, he also puts a lot of time into training his spirit through meditation which is noticeable in the way he selects his tracks and constructs his sets. This well-sorted balance makes the podcast very comfortable for the mind and body.

One year ago I got the chance to hit the sweet spot at the infamous club Faust in Seoul, South Korea. A 2,5 hour set that, by the time, felt like 30 minutes. My first ever international gig and, without knowing at the time, this gig would be one of my last serious gigs before the whole world would shut down everything from clubs, festivals and bars to shopping streets, schools and gyms. In this past year I've made some serious improvements when it comes to mixing, track selection and style development, this all is due to a lot of practice, and a lot of digging deep. I'm looking back at this set from a point of view where I find myself to become more and more serious, dedicated and motivated to try and make a living out of this in the end.
For now enjoy this set, and let us all pray for better days to come when it comes to partying, travelling and social contact. ;)

Big thanks again to the Faust crew for this great opportunity and making me feel so comfortable and at home from the minute I walked in. Fingers crossed that we‘ll be able to see eachother again soon. 🖤
