Die Kleine Kochschule started in 2009 in the Montessori Kinderhaus Dietzenbach with the aim too provide children among others with the chance to experience the joys of cooking and creating something for themselves and their friends.

The starter from last weeks private catering birthday party. Beetroot carpaccio with sherry vinegar- olive oil marinade, Lambs lettuce salad and shaved pecorino cheese.

Braising artichokes with a few cloves of garlic, lemon, bay leaves and herbs. These are like lobster of vegetables- hard and rough on the outside soft and succulent on the inside. The amazing thing is they're really a flower 🌻
