When you move into a safe space you have room to grow 🌱🖤♾️. We all need help in one form or another. It might be in the form of a go to like painting, dancing, moving around, doing music, cold therapy or therapy, family and friends.. when stress is getting to you go to your go to's. Ask for help. It's hard. I know - I can feel you. If the first thing doesn't work try the next option. I'm telling you this because I want you to know if you keep trying it will work out. Maybe it may not be how you wanted it to but it will be ok.. Better than ok! Give it time and patience. I'm also a big fan of rituals like dancing in the morning 💃, expanding my track selection and spending time behind the decks 🎛🎧, developing knowledge as a movement and dance therapist or ofc my sauna / hamam ritual 🧝🏾‍♀️🧞‍♀️. It didn't fix the problem(s) but I feel better.. It gives my mind a moment to rest and stop trying to problem solve. If you are struggling take this as your sign to find help in one form or another.. One little step at a time. Today you could start with turning on some music. It's time to move forward - time to thrive! Free your mind, body and soul. Strong and warm hug from me to you! 🫂🪬✨️
