Beer Week originates from a simple question one US beer lover asked a German beer enthusiast in the late fall of 2014: “When is Berlin Beer Week ?” There wasn’t one, so we had to create it from scratch. An annual, multi-day celebration of craft beer culture and community, with daily events happening at numerous locations throughout the city. The participants include breweries from Berlin and other parts of the world, as well as various Berlin-based craft beer-related establishments such as restaurants, bars, bottle shops, and education and entertainment venues.
