A second thank you goes to Tennessee Tourism, for hosting the Gaming Area at the Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival, and informing our guests about your great state! Thank you Alaska Seafood for providing us with tasty seafood and fish! Last but not least, thank you North Carolina Sweet Potatoes, for sending us the tastiest of sweet potatoes! All dishes were amazing, so amazing that they sold out on all 3 days of the Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival!

What would Berlin Beer Week be without the annual festival beer? This year we teamed up with our friends from Fürst Wiacek and Maisel & Friends from Bayreuth. The beer style was chosen by all of you: a double dry hopped hazy pale ale. And wow, did it turn out delicious! Many thanks to both breweries, many thanks to Weyermann Specialty Malts and Yakima Chief Hops for providing the ingredients, many thanks to Roger at Ohmybeerdesign for creating a great label, and many thanks to CCL for printing this label. And last but not least, thank you to everyone who drank the beer!

Was wäre die Berlin Beer Week ohne das alljährliche Festivalbier? Dieses Jahr haben wir uns mit unseren Freunden von Fuerst Wiacek und Maisel & Friends aus Bayreuth zusammengetan. Der Bierstil wurde von euch allen ausgewählt: ein double dry-hopped hazy pale ale. Und wow, ist das lecker geworden! Founded in 2007 in Scotland, BrewDog wanted to do something about the stuffy UK beer market. They opened their first bar just 3 years later. Since then things went crazy and today BrewDog is one of Europes biggest breweries. Come drink their beers on Brews Cruise #3.

today the brewery is neither two nor all fellas. Sounds like they need a name change! Despite the misnomer, this new team of 3 are committed to make high quaffable beer

Crooked Moon

Started as a Tattoo studio, the Pedersen brothers were approached by Mikkeller to make a collaboration, the Crooked Moon dIPA. This started the idea for the Crooked Moon brewery. Their goal is to merge beer with art and create a space for beauty in this world. Come try their beers on Brews Cruise #5.

Probably the youngest brewery on board, NurBier started brewing the best Helles just last year. Founded by Thai (Brewer and Artist) and Hieu (Gastronomy). Together their goal is to blow new life into classic beer styles. Come try their beers on Brews Cruise #3.

NORTHERN MONK

The idea for the brewery was born in 2008, but it took a while before the ball got rolling. The two founders brewed beers in a damp cellar, using other breweries’ kits, and sold their beers at local farmers markets. That changed in 2014, when Northern Monk was really born and opened their own brewery. Come meet them on Brews Cruise #4.
