DJ Flight is one of the foundations of Drum & Bass. She is an award-winning DJ, broadcaster, radio producer, and co-founder of EQ50 – a collective of women working towards fairer representation in dance music.
2022 marked a string of successes for Flight as she celebrated 25 years of playing exquisite sets to music fans across the globe. She closed off the year with a DJ Mag award for ‘Outstanding Contribution’ to dance music.
Dj Flight has a rare mystical talent that transcends time and space. For over a quarter of a century, her star has been in ascendance. Flight’s influence on the scene has been immense and in March the New York Times wrote of her inspiration to a whole new generation of artists, including Nia Archives. In 2005, Flight started her own label – play:musik – which launched the career of several up and coming producers.
Flight gained worldwide recognition when she became the first woman to host a national Drum & Bass show. The Next Chapter on BBC Radio 1Xtra.

We are looking forward to her Copenhagen debut on 8th of November and feel honoured she will be celebrating our 9th birthdays with us.

We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who made Friday night so magical. It was truly one of those evenings that we’ll cherish for a long time.

Shoutout to all the DJs in both rooms! Massive respect for the incredible selections that kept the dance floors alive from start to finish. Your passion for bass music and the culture is truly inspiring!

A special thanks to the amazing staff at Den Anden Side for their unwavering support and ensuring everything ran seamlessly. We deeply appreciate the hard work and dedication that went into making the night a success.

Tim Reaper is a person that don’t need an introduction within a Drum n Bass scene. Future Retro London label boss and lover of all things Jungle, Drum & Bass and Hardcore.He is known for his innovative approach to the genre, blending classic jungle rhythms with modern production techniques. Emerging in the early 2010s, he quickly gained recognition for his ability to craft intricate, high-energy tracks that pay homage to the roots of jungle while pushing its boundaries.

We are thrilled to host him and excited to hear what he will deliver.

Thanks everyone that came on Friday to Concerte Jungle x Distortion event. We had a blast and we hope you enjoyed as much as we did. We would like to thank for an opportunity. A huge shout out to DJ for a great selections! Special thanks for and for providing all necessary equipment. Concrete Jungle hosts a free outdoor day event at Distortion Havnefest. Party is located at Refshalevej 165B and will take place from 15:00-21:00. A strong line-up of local DJs will ensure good vibes and good music through the day. The selection will range from Jungle, Drum n Bass, Breakbeat to Dub Step.
