Party with Kind mod Kind at Årsfesten 2024 👽🥳

How would it sound if ‘When Saints Go Machine’ and Medina had a love child with a flair for techno? We will probably never know, but Kind mod Kind might be the best answer! Kind mod Kind is a new danish group of 5 guys who have truly found their very own musical universe. The lead singers falsetto dancing on top of a dark electronic production, at the same time danceable and thoughtful. Their live concert will deliver an entertaining and unforgettable experience, and most importantly, a great party!

That's right, we just opened up for tickets. Go to your RUC mail inbox and find your private ticket link. Årsfesten tickets are free for all RUC students, and you can buy up to 3 tickets for your non-RUC friends.

IMPORTANT: When going through the ticket process, press the "add more" button to buy friend tickets. You will not be able to go back later and add additional friend tickets.

⏳Please be patient with us⏳
Our systems usually get pretty overloaded on ticket release day, as they are being stormed by thousands of students at once. This means it might be a couple of hours before you recieve your ticket invitation email, and it also means you might have trouble loading the website.

If you experience any issues with getting your ticket, please write to us here on social media, but be aware that we are only a handful of voulenteer students, so while we strive to answer everyones questions as quickly as possible, it might be awhile before we get back to you.

Could you use some extra cash and want to be at Roskilde University's annual one-day festival?

Then Mr. Moose has got your back! 🦌
You can become an orange guard and help us make a safe party!
We demand no former experience, but you will have to be at least 18 years old.

You will guard fences, scan tickets, secure good vibes and look out for your fellow students, all while you listen to the music and get paid! 143 kr. an hour!

Please note that you need to attend a radio course on September 19th and that your shift will be on September 20th and will last between 9 and 11 hours, starting from 14.30 at the earliest and ending at the latest 02.30.

🍺 We are looking for bartenders for Årsfesten 2024 🍺

Every year our 8+ bars are staffed by dedicated voulenteer bartenders, who make sure our guests won't be thirsty during the biggest party on campus.
This year we have two open spots for bar teams, and we hope that you would like to join!

Maybe you just finished your second bachelor semester and want to something to keep in touch with your friends from the basic section. Maybe you just finished your studies but still want one more year of Årsfesten. Maybe you just like to party behind the bar.

No matter what, please write to us at: [email protected] if you are interested.

You can either sign up as a person, and be placed in a bar where you can get to know other people. Or you can sign up as a bar team with your friend group og 6-12 people, and get your very own bar, which you can theme and decorate as you wish.
All bartenders will get free access to the festival the entire evening, and will of course drink for free.

A lot of you have been asking about tickets. Tickets for RUC students and their friends will be released in August. If you are no longer a RUC student in September, you can get your free ticket through RUC Alumni. If you are an Absalon student you will also get a ticket purchase link in August.

As always, tickets for RUC students are free, tickets for friends or Absalon students will cost 185,-

ARE YOU READY FOR TOMORROW?

⚠️Important information⚠️
Remember to bring your student card or an ID card if you are not a RUC student. You can’t enter the party without either your student card or ID card.

We recommend that you bring some suitable clothes for the weather, for example warm clothes for the evening in case it gets a little chilly.

Remember that you are not allowed to bring any liquids to the party. Empty water bottles are allowed as long as they’re not made out of glass.

No drugs allowed. We have a zero tolerance policy for drugs so please bring good vibes. If you do bring drugs you will not be allowed to enter the annual party.

The parking area is being used for the party, so it might be a good idea to leave your car at home as it might be tough to find a parking spot. And you probably won’t be able to drive anyways;)

It’s important to remember that once you have entered the annual party you are not able to leave the site and come back in again. Therefore, make sure that you bring all your belongings and warm clothes for the evening. There is also a wardrobe available if you need to store your belongings.

This year we are excited to announce that Camp Go' Nabo from Roskilde Festival will be hosting their infamous Techno Yoga in front of our mainstage from 17:15-17:30. We will provide the yoga mat and the techno music, all you need to bring is your great spirit and maybe a couple of shots from one of the bars. It will all be inside of our mainstage tent, so you will have cover in case it rains. NB: we only have a limited amount of yoga mats, so please come early if you want to make sure you get one.
