Ever since REKOM was founded in 2007, we have put our bars and nightclubs on the map. Today, we operate more than 200 bars, pubs and nightclubs across Denmark, Norway, Finland & United Kingdom – and there are more on the way. Our headquarter is centrally located in Copenhagen, and we have five other administrative offices across Scandinavia &

UK. Our venues range from après-ski and cocktail bars to boisterous pubs and hip nightclubs, and we operate unique, stand-alone concepts as well as popular chain concepts. Regardless of the style or concept, each detail has been thought carefully through to create just the right atmosphere and a unique experience for our guests. Although we are in an industry where it’s all about having fun, we are very serious about being the best at what we do. At REKOM, we are focused on results and constant development, and we have a clear ambition to stay one step ahead of the game. It’s not that hard, when we are more than 5000 dedicated employees working with carefully planned bar concepts and all of us deeply passionate about bringing atmosphere and soul to the Scandinavian nightlife. Venue Manager Trainee
REKOMs very own leadership and development course - the Venue Manager Trainee Education - has now been offered to operational and fuel REKOM leaders for nearly one and a half years. During this time we - REKOM Campus - have had the honour of developing the leadership capabilities of managers on different levels of their leadership journey whether they were rookies, skilled or experts. This journey has, for many of these managers and leaders, culminated in a 3-day hardcore teambuilding workshop in nature (called VMT Paratus) whereby tools, theories and concepts from the modules are brought into a real-life context in unfamiliar conditions.

The last VMT Paratus of 2022 has now been held thus marking the completion of the Venue Manager Trainee educational courses for more than 150 REKOM leaders.

We - at REKOM Campus - would like to congratulate them all!

At REKOM, we have invested in the development of our managers over the past year. We have done this by establishing a well-founded Campus department, which has experience from operations, the industry and general life experience.

We are proud to announce that the first leaders have now completed "Venue Manager Trainee Education" - our answer to a leadership education in the nightlife.

With a strong partner in Asnæs & Vangstrup, we have even been able to award ECTS points to our managers for completed management training.

They have all been trained in leadership, coaching and conflict management. We think this is quite revolutionary for our industry!

We are bursting with pride at the great results our leaders are delivering. This applies both on the school bench as well as in the daily operation.

Huge congratulations to the first venue managers with your great exams!

Marketing afdelingen på Hovedkontoret i København, søger lige nu en Trade Marketing Specialist til ansættelse hurtigst muligt.

Som Trade Marketing Specialist vil du have ansvaret for planlægning af kommercielle kampagner og aktiveringer på tværs af REKOM-venues i Danmark. Trade Marketing afdelingen er ny og du vil derfor have rig mulighed for at skabe rammerne i din og teamets udvikling.
