If the photo shoot is planned outdoors, I prefer to work at dawn. When there are very few people, and the light is somehow very gentle and inviting.

Of course, not everyone is comfortable to get up at 3 or 4 in the morning. But the photos are very bright and saturated.

If you carefully analyze photos of men on social networks, you can see that not everyone has the ability to pose. Unlike girls, guys can be very difficult to relax in front of the camera.

1. want to look cool in a photo? You don't have to flex every muscle in your body and try to look brutal. The best way to emphasize masculinity is to look confident. Your facial expression should be calm.

Our secret to a successful shoot

Before you pick up a camera, you have to think of a concept, an idea for a future photo. Finding inspiration for me is not painstaking work, but a fascinating journey into the world around me.

You don't have to come up with something groundbreaking, just look around with the enraptured eyes of a child or a tourist setting foot on a new continent for the first time. Even an insignificant detail, accidentally caught in the field of vision, can become the basis of a masterpiece. Or, for example, a song, a movie, a phrase.

The important thing is not to overdo it. Spoil an idea very easily. That's why we try to think of every detail, so that the image of the model and the location match the concept, match the style. When we shoot a couple of people, their clothes should match as well.

Light is the photographer's main helper. Its pattern of shadows perfectly conveys the mood of the photo. In the studio, perfect lighting is not a problem. And outdoor photo shoots we usually plan for the dawn hours. Only in cloudy weather you can shoot all day long.

Every little detail counts to make the shot look harmonious.
These are the little elements that make up my jigsaw puzzle of a good shot. We also add a bit of soul to them, and the concept works. The viewer believes in these works because they come alive in front of him.

4. Relax and be natural. Try not to focus on the camera. But I still advise you not to forget about the camera and to look either into the lens, or at least in its direction.

5. Breathe and blink. Pretend you're shooting a video. I always recommend this technique. A strained look or red eyes from not blinking for a long time will cause discomfort. Inhale - blink, two breaths - blink. Any of these combinations will be enough to keep you from turning frequently with your eyes closed.

If the photo shoot involves not only adults but also children, the spontaneity of the shot will be even greater. And that's regardless of whether or not the child is willing to cooperate with the photographer at that moment. I always try to show their sincerity.
