Miltton Events recently partnered up with Meliva to organize their annual conference event. It was such a celebration that it deserves recognition in two parts.

Our team spent the whole of May participating in the team challenge , and it's been incredible! 🎾 From running and biking to counting steps and playing tennis, our team embraced every workout and outdoor activity with enthusiasm 🚴‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️

Europe Day 🇪🇺 📍 Freedom Square, Tallinn

Earlier in May, Estonia celebrated Europe Day with a grand concert at Freedom Square. The event marked the 20th anniversary of Estonia joining the European Union and NATO.

Miltton Events provided technical solutions and overall production for this elaborate celebration. The main attractions were performances by Bedwetters, nublu with Gameboy Tetris and TOMMY CASH. Additionally, there were various activities, including exhibitions and cultural showcases, providing entertainment for the entire day 🥁

🕊️ The celebration highlighted the importance of unity and peace in Europe, reflecting on Estonia's role in the EU and supporting Ukraine. The concert was also broadcast live by ETV and ETV+.

On-site, our appreciated team members, Antero Noor and Toomas Tõnts, both highly experienced, made this event a success! 👏 Thank you, Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Välisministeerium, for your lasting trust - special shoutout to Mariana Tulf, working with you is always a pleasure! 💜

Earlier in May, we had the pleasure of coordinating technical production for the Hybrid European Democracy Festival. Our team was in control of the main event in Tartu and also of the hybrid event connecting 15 locations around Europe 🌎

Our producers, Karl-Joosep Kaasik and Marten Vaas, made the hybrid-local solutions work seamlessly, which resulted in uniting people from all over the world to discuss the ongoing challenges Europe is facing. Thank you! 🙏

In collaboration with EASi ja KredExi ühendasutus / Enterprise Estonia we hosted a delegation from the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority ‘MonshaatSA’ from Saudi Arabia. We were delighted to have miss Atha Alajmi عذى العجمي, Director of International Partnership Department with us, along with her colleagues Mr Bader Almoutlaq, Mr Ahmed Alshareef and Mr Abdulaziz Al-Kanhal.

The days were spent engaging with many Estonian entrepreneurs and an honorable visit to the Latitude59 Conference event, which was undoubtedly a productive and enriching experience.
