Yoga ropes is amazing tool for whole body training
UYAEGYPTteam will cover a whole body training for yoga ropes on the group
In this video i demonstrate the most intense yet safe crunch abs excercise u will ever encounter
First engage your pelvic telt
Squeeze your inner thigh muscles against the rope for more muscle engagement
Follow the variations as demonstrated in video

it is a very safe excercise for lower back due to the full activation of transversus abdominis to support the spine in this position versus lying down the spine is supported on the ground so less active core muscles
Re**us abdominis muscles is fully working especially ur lower pack😜
