From Munzie ,A moisture tasty easy chocolate cake to satisfy ur cravings in those hard times.
Ingredients :
-2.5 Cups of flour
-3 TBS of Dark cocao
-I pack of baking powder or cake chef.
-pinch of salt
-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
-vanilla powder or liquid.
- 4 eggs (Room temp.)
-1.5 Cup Sugar
-1 cup Vegetable Oil.
-warm water.

Instructions:
-preheat oven to 160:°
-Beat the eggs well with electric mixer ,add Sugar,oil and keep beating until lighter color and creamy.
-Add dry ingredients gradually and keep mixing in a slower
-Add warm water gradually until u reach the desired texture(Cake should not be hard and not liquid ).
-Place it in cake pan and place it in oven for 30-45 mins.
-Enjoy it with a cup of tea or Coffee and have a break ☕

Munzie is sharing with you an easy and healthy cookies recipe to prepare at home and keep your little one's hands busy and mouths too. This recipe is easy to bake and u can also keep it frozen and get it out anytime to bake.
Ingredients :
2 cups of white flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger powder
Pinch of salt
100 gm softened butter
1 big egg
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar

Preparation:
-preheat ur oven on 160 °
-In a bowl, With and electic mixer or manually .Mix the soft butter with sugar &molasses,add the egg and mix all that.
-Add the dry ingredients with the previous mixture until all combined.
-Leave the dough to chill in fridge for 30 mins or freeze it for later
-u can make any shapes u want with ur little ones.U can do it as regular cookies or use cookies cutters and create different shapes.It's all up to u.
Put it in oven for 10-20 mins,watch it until it turns it's color.
Enjoy it with some milk or coffee.
