Job Description:
Seeking a skilled IT Specialist to oversee and manage IT operations both in the office and during conferences. This role requires an experienced professional to ensure smooth IT and audiovisual operations, troubleshoot issues, and manage systems effectively. Flexibility and adaptability to meet new or evolving conference requirements are essential.

Responsibilities:
Office IT Operations:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot office IT infrastructure, including networks, computers, and peripherals.
Manage telephony systems, Wi-Fi networks, surveillance cameras, and employee laptops.
Install and configure various software programs required for office operations.
Ensure data security, proper network access, and system backups.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Conference IT Operations:

Set up and manage the IT systems in the registration area, including networks and devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot audiovisual systems (projectors, screens, speakers, and live streaming equipment).
Manage live and hybrid events through virtual platforms, ensuring smooth connectivity and communication.
Provide technical support during conferences, ensuring all systems operate seamlessly.
Troubleshoot on-site technical issues related to audiovisual or network systems.
Adapt and respond promptly to new tasks or requirements during conferences to ensure client satisfaction.
General IT Management:

Maintain an up-to-date record of IT inventory, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Regularly monitor and enhance network performance and system reliability.
Ensure the proper setup of all hardware and software systems.
Provide technical training and guidance to team members as needed.
Stay informed about emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of IT operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and software installations.
Solid understanding of network protocols, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems.
Expertise in setting up and managing audiovisual equipment (e.g., speakers, screens, projectors).
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of IT security best practices and data backup solutions.
Willingness to adapt and take on new responsibilities as required during conferences.

Account Specialist meet with clients to get a thorough understanding of their marketing and promotional needs, the budgets earmarked for these activities, target audience and other critical demographics, market and competition information, and any other relevant details.
They then manage and coordinate Events, activation, and Campaigns post-client approval, track budgets and costs, and ensure that the projects run smoothly. Executives stay in touch with past clients and solicit new business by presenting proposals or pitches in collaboration with other members of the agency.
Working with account planners to devise a campaign that meets the clientโ€™s brief and budget
Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients
Briefing the art team who will produce the creative idea
Negotiating with clients, solving any problems, and making sure deadlines are met
Checking and reporting on the campaignโ€™s progress
Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
Managing the accountโ€™s budget and invoicing the client
Making โ€˜pitchesโ€™ to win new business
Handling complaints and negotiations.

The Account Executive needs the following qualities:

Creativity and organization
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership abilities
Analytical, decision-making and management skills
Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients

The Egyptian Pediatric Pulmonology Society ๐‘ฌ๐‘ท๐‘ท๐‘บ is excited to announce a new 9-month training program for physicians seeking advanced training in pediatric pulmonology ๐’•๐’‰๐’† ๐‘ฌ๐‘ท๐‘ท๐‘บ-๐‘ฏ๐‘ฌ๐‘น๐‘ด๐‘ฌ๐‘บ ๐‘ท๐’“๐’†๐’‘๐’‚๐’“๐’‚๐’•๐’๐’“๐’š ๐‘ช๐’๐’–๐’“๐’”๐’† 2024-2025.
Building on the success of last year's HERMES program in collaboration with the European Respiratory Society ERS, this intensive course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary in Pediatric Pulmonology. Through a combination of theoretical lectures, hands-on workshops, and regular assessments, trainees will develop expertise in bronchoscopy, ultrasound, pulmonary function testing, and sleep medicine. The program culminates in preparation for the HERMES exam, a gold standard in pediatric pulmonology certification.
