We pour hours of ideas, notes, thoughts, and action into your event. We want and will make it just as incredible as we talk about, but we put just as much effort into backup plans — of all kinds!

You never want to see Plan B hold any less intention than your Plan A, so it’s important to spend a little time here, too. Sometimes, it’s even a little more magical!

We could do a photo dump of January so far, but it would honestly be a loooooong list of (worth-celebrating) things we’re checking off our lists!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• working on a brand new (totally in love with!) brand
• working on a brand new website
• connecting with colleagues all along the East Coast
• shopping for the dinner at the end of this month. Can’t wait to be a part of something so thoughtful and fun!
• producing our final 2025 designs
• setting up tastings and mockups for our Spring and Summer weddings
• started classes for law school
• got a new kitten (and one of us — 8 new pups!)
• had New Haven pizza

The new site and brand is such a labor of love — literally and figuratively — and we can’t wait to showcase more of what we do and why. This sweet day will surely be front and center!

We have too many amazing photos and days we have yet to share with all of you here. There have been glimpses, sure, but not the full extent of what each deserves.

One of our goals for 2025 is to show more! Not just the full picture but all of those moments and details in between that really make the day.

Every year, we race through each month and I truly cannot figure out how we did it. Then November and December comes and I have just as difficult of a time figuring out what day it actually is.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We’ve packed these last several weeks (months) with all things weddings (2024 was a damn good year!), design (all of our Spring and most of our summer proposals are done and oooooooh 2025 we’re coming for you!), and dog snuggles. This time of year is endless cuddles under the fleece blankets together and I love it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As we prepare to celebrate Christmas and New Year, we are sending all of our clients, friends, and family happy, healthy, safe, abundant, successful, and peaceful wishes for all they celebrate. We’re sending out great big bear hugs, too!

We love an interactive seating chart! Especially one that doubles as a guest book.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​E+N are BIG travelers, to the point where I don’t ever think we were in the same state during a single one of our planning calls. We included this map, marked with all the places they’ve been together (nothing like brushing up on our geography skills) and had guests mark where they suggested the couple to go during their life together.

There’s no doubt they have some adventures ahead — the best kind, too!

Today is a big day!! October 7th is the birthday of two people very, very special to me, and it’s also the anniversary of one of our most favorite weddings to date (happy day J+K!!).

Today also marks FIVE years since I became the proud owner of Jubilee Events, which arrives four days shy of the anniversary of when I first started with Jubilee 15 years ago. I was a baby then but I could {will} write a book about everything I learned throughout this industry in my time.

So here’s a brief intro to coincide with a bigger celebration today!
🪩 If I had to choose a final meal, I’d die trying to decide between pasta and dessert.
🪩 I decided to pickup reading this summer since it’s been years since my last book and it quickly became my mission to fill my bookcase, which I’m rapidly doing. Where are my Frida McFadden fans at?
🪩 The only celebrity on my list to meet is Derek Jeter. Since I was 9 years old, so this won’t be a goal I’m giving up anytime soon.
🪩 I can plan entire weekends and lives days, months, and years out but if it’s a plan for my own life, no dice!
🪩 I have three dogs and they are my life. My husband and I have rescued 12 dogs within the last year, five of which we fostered before bringing them to their forever homes.
🪩 I’d rather get to know fellow wedding creatives by going out for lunch, a walk, or a casual get-together versus a networking event that feels too cramped for time.
