Mecal’s short films return to the streets of as a breath of fresh air! Mecal Air 2022 returns with sessions of open-air short films every Friday this in Jardins Elisava (behind the Museu del Disseny, in Glòries).

Arc de Triomf

In 1888 Barcelona hosted the Universal Exhibition. The Arc de Triomf was built as the gateway to the fair which was held in the Parc de la Ciutadella. The monument is classical in shape and proportions and features ground-breaking sculptural and decorative finishes replete with symbolism. It has become one of the city's iconic landmarks.

Christmas is just around the corner, are you excited yet? ☃️❄️

The Santa Llúcia Fair has been held along Avinguda de la Catedral since 1786. It is the city’s oldest and most popular Christmas fair, offering variety of traditional crafts, decorations and gift items.
This year from November 26th to December 23rd, there will be almost 300 stalls, filling the Pla de la Seu square and the Avinguda de la Catedral.
