Cosmic Concerto is a recent collaboration introducing a short but very unique cave experience with the use of Hatha Yoga & Breathwork taught by two highly certified teachers (Beginner and Advanced class to choose from).

The cave's natural surroundings will provide a uniquely acoustic atmosphere to enhance our connection with the earth and the cave's energy. The Sound journey will involves the use of various instruments and soundscapes to create a full sonic experience that promotes transcendental meditative states through amplified resonance. We will also provide instruments like drums, chimes glockenspiel for a jam session together.

Our light code activation meditation will assist us in releasing any tension or blocked energies that we may have stored over time in our chakra system

included: clean food and water will be offered inside the cave ✔🥙🍲☕

not included: Yoga mats, please provide own mats for the evening. 🛑
