Special view for my afternoon coffee today 🤩 Some say Sagrada familia in Barcelona is the most beautiful church in the world - even from the outside the detail is incredible. The ingenious architect Antoni Gaudi devoted 43 years of his life to the construction until a few days before his tragic accidental death. His inspiration was nature itself. 36 pillars branching out like trees in height carry the 5 huge church ships without having to resort to support pillars. The palm-tree-like dome vaults reach up to 170!!! Meters high. I remember the first time i visited. 2001 driving down from Sweden when we stopped in Barcelona. They are still working on it 22 years later -I dont think it will ever be 100% ✅
