 Wrapping up an unforgettable experience at SITE Spain & Portugal Young Leaders IGNITE 2025, where each day pushed creativity, purpose, and collaboration to the next level.

From mindfulness energy flows to uncovering our strengths with CliftonStrengths, diving deep into the MICE ecosystem, exploring creative and ethical AI, and designing events with emotional and strategic impact, every moment shaped the Young Leaders.

We discovered Gijón through its culture, traditions, and flavours, visited iconic venues, and worked hands-on to build a purpose-driven fam trip program and a “Gijón is 4 You” campaign. The final showcase was a true highlight, where ideas met impact and the next generation of leaders took the stage.

A huge thank you to SITE Spain & Portugal and Gijón Convention Bureau for this unforgettable program.
