Great news!!!

Europe’s leading airline easyJet has today announced it has extended its existing summer route from Menorca to London Gatwick to operate throughout the winter meaning the Balearic Island will now be served year-round.

It’s calçot time! As we get ready for a new season we are exploring more food and traditions here on Menorca. These delicious long green onions are cooked on open fire or BBQ then stripped and eaten with romesco sauce. Delicious!
