Matt Nenninger) has over 25 years’ professional experience of working in restaurants & bars all over the world. He also has extensive experience in Contract & Event catering through to Fine Dining, as well as Event Planning. He can cater for 1 to 100 plus guests...from Cosy & Intimate Dinners to Banquets, BBQs or Paella Events for larger groups. Matt relocated to the municipio of Haria in Lanzarote from the UK, with his wife Becky (& their 3 dogs & 2 cats), in 2017. Before falling in love with the island & moving here permanently, Matt worked as a head chef at the prestigious Eton College for 10 years, where he cooked for pupils & staff, as well as dignitaries visiting the college & Old Etonians. Using his extensive knowledge of cooking & of the island, Matt will source the freshest local ingredients from nearby farms & local retailers, supporting sustainable & ecologically friendly practices, & cook meals personalised to your taste in any cuisine of your choosing. And he can accommodate all dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, child friendly food. There is nothing more for you to do, other than to choose what you want to eat & sit back & enjoy the experience while Matt takes care of everything, including the washing up, with the help of his wife Becky.
