🎬 Exciting news! Salsa Verde's team is currently in Marbella, for a week-long VIP catering service for a production company shooting a series. 🌟

Our menu caters to all dietary wishes: gluten-free, pescatarian, vegetarian, lactose-free... You can ask us anything! 😊

In addition to preparing wonderful food and drinks, our Chef Oliver brought his bed of nails. 💫

Last Saturday in Valencia, we had a blast catering for a hen party with our private chef service! 🎉

We dished up a fusion of Mediterranean and Indonesian flavors for a healthy yet delicious menu.

Cebiche (etymologically it comes from onion) of Chilean sea bass.

500 gr of fresh white fish
4 lemons (juice)
fresh coriander
1 spring onion with its green part
1/4 red bell pepper
salt/ pepper
EVOO ( extra virgin olive oil)
Preparation: cut the fish into 1cm squares and marinate with the lemon juice, 4 tablespoons EVOO, salt and pepper
Cut the onion and the pepper in small brunoise and add after 1/2 hour of marinating, serve on a lettuce leaf
