Explore Seville with Giulia: Sangria Recipe
Today, our Operation Manager, Giulia Bertone, CMP, will show you the main ingredients for preparing a delicious and refreshing #Sangria. Cheers! 🍷
Ingredients for 1,5L:
-1 bottle of 750 ml young red #wine.
-2 peaches.
-1 apple.🍎
-3 juicing oranges (you can also use 2 oranges and 1 lemon, to taste).
-1/2 cinnamon stick
-1 can (330 ml) of soda water
-2 tablespoons of sugar
-2 tablespoons of water
Preparation:
1) Squeeze the oranges, strain their juice and put it in the pitcher or container where you are going to serve the sangria.
2)Add the red wine.
3)Peel the apple, core it, cut it into squares and add it.
4)Do the same with the peaches: peel them, remove the stone, cut them into squares and add it in the jar.
5)Add the cinnamon stick.
6)Now we are going to prepare a little bit of syrup. To do this, put the sugar and water in a saucepan at medium heat for a few minutes until the sugar dissolves. Add this to the rest of the ingredients and stir everything well.
7)Once everything is stirred, keep it at room temperature for a couple of hours. In this way, the flavours merge and the wine absorbs all the flavours of the fruit.
8)After 2 hours of rest, the sangria is ready to serve. Add the Soda water just before serving. To cool it, add ice cubes at the last minute.
