Thank you Erika, for another year of collaboration.
As always, the locations and decorations are amazing.
It is always a pleasure to cook for your bridal couples.

So many weddings, so many dishes, but I love cooking more than taking pictures. But luckily I managed to capture a few moments in pictures from this year.

Guy and I just wanted to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU for everything you did for us last Saturday.

The food was absolutely incredible. We had so many compliments from our guests afterwards. Most commenting it was the best paella they had ever had! We can't thank you enough.

We had the most amazing wedding celebrations and want to thank you so much for being such an important part of our day. Thank you for all the help in the lead up too, you were always so organised, so helpful and so professional. You were a pleasure to deal with!

Last job of the year paella and birthday cakes for my wife's birthday party.
Time for holidays now.

Thank you everyone so much for another fantastic year, with many dinners, paella, barbecues and beautiful weddings.

Starter: Avocado prawn salad
Main course: Tame duck with mango and teriyaki sauce
Dessert: White chocolate mouse with casis sauce and meringue
Midnight snack: cheeses and cold cuts

What an amazing event last Sunday.
A big thank you for everybody who came to support the rescued animals and all the hard work from Stacey.
We are more than happy that we could help Rancho Fino Mallorca with this event to fundraise money for all the rescued animals.
