Christmas is near and with this also well earned holidays for all of us. There are a few things still to do, but on the whole it’s quieter and we are retreating into catering-hibernation 🥱

Bald ist Weihnachten und dann auch wohlverdienten Urlaub für uns alle. Ein paar Dinge gibt es noch zu tun, aber es ist jetzt wesentlich ruhiger und wir ziehen uns in den Catering-Winterschlaf zurück 🤭

🇬🇧 We are very sorry, that we are not going to make our nice Xmas biscuits this year. A continuously busy catering schedule means we have to give baking loads a miss.

We always try to move forward and experimenting with new flavours.

This one is roast-beef with a berry 🫐cream cheese filling and rucola 🌱on olive oiled toast.

We think this was the last wedding of the season. In a familiar place a last minute job. The couple and guests were very happy with our service and food. We served delightful and happy people from various backgrounds.

Sometimes fingerfood is just the thing. This one was a flying buffet - meaning we walked through the crowds and people were excited to see the different nibbles coming up and past. There was something for everyones taste 🙂
