We're proud to have collaborated in this vital piece of work for the Pacific region's feminists and women's human rights defenders.
Pacific feminisms have always existed in practice - through community care, collective leadership, and resilient voices. And today, the Pacific Feminist Fund launched their new website that honours this legacy and centralises it for the broader world. Expect clarity on their mission, profiles of the team who steward this vision, and pathways for engagement that respect local feminist leadership and regional diversity. This isn’t just a website - it's a movement hub.
Congratulations PFF.
And kudos to The Greenhouse Studio too.
It's official 🥳
PRESS RELEASE
Friday, 16 January 2026
The Pacific Feminist Fund (PFF) today announces the public launch of our newly built website, marking an important milestone in how our organization connects with feminist movements, partners, and allies across the Pacific region and beyond.
Designed as more than a digital presence, the new website is a movement-facing platform that brings together PFF’s vision, grantmaking pathways, learning resources, and stories of feminist leadership across 23 Pacific Island countries. It reflects PFF’s commitment to care-centred philanthropy, transparency, and resourcing movements in ways that honour indigenous Pacific ways of being, knowing, and doing.
Our new site offers clearer access to information on PFF’s feminist funding approach, including our grant mechanisms, values, governance, and regional impact. It is intended as a hub for a diversity of users – from grassroots activists, funders, peer funds, and supporters seeking to understand and engage with Pacific feminist work.
“We are so excited to be able to share what we have spent time co-creating during our first year of exploring feminist co-leadership. The website articulates our feminist and leadership values and our unwavering commitment as a feminist fund and resource justice advocates to serve the Pacific feminist movement. As you meander the path of our website, we hope that you are inspired to join us on our vision,” Co Leads, Ruth Maetala and Michelle Reddy.
PFF extends sincere gratitude to The Greenhouse Studio creative team, whose technical expertise and collaborative approach brought the website to life. The Fund also acknowledges the Website Development team led by Tavai Bale, who served as Project Lead and provided creative guidance to ensure the platform authentically reflected PFF’s Pacific feminist identity.
The Pacific Feminist Fund invites you to explore the new website and engage with the collective work of advancing gender justice across the Pacific region 🌏
