Getting up at 4 am is not easy, so to be honest, none of us did 😆 but we did manage to get the morning tea order out the door on time. After the prepping comes the taste test and then adjustments and lastly assembly.

Doing the work is easy when you have the right hands helping, but it becomes very difficult because you're working on an empty stomach.

Soon, we'll have to take an extra morning tea order for ourselves. As we wait for feedback and drink our drau-ni-moli (lemon leaf tea), here are some snaps from today.

In order to get our name out there, we had to dive into the deep end of the pool and roll with whatever mountain that stood before us. Our family support was and has been amazing to this day. Eventually, the name started to grow.
