In the middle of a Round-the-Island photoshoot assignment, I made my way back to Yanuca Island, which is home to the beautiful Shangri-La Yanuca Island, Fiji Resort and Spa, as I had made plans with this lovely family on capturing their memories.

Recently the weather in Fiji has been favouring a more torrential downpour and cloudy outlook and it made planning this Family shoot an interesting one.
We continuously readjusted the shoot date according to the weather pattern experienced on the ground, despite the forecast.

It turned out to be one of my most memorable shoots ever as the sun came out especially for their day.

I love apps but the the best forecast is always on the ground.

So when you book a Family Photo session, rest assured that you can easily shift your dates according to the weather.

Life may be like a box of chocolates but with the right signs you will always know what you're going to get. 😉🤙

Special Moments in A Special Place:

I'm always grateful for the the privilege and wonderful opportunity to capture Family memories here in Fiji.

The special feeling that is present during these shoots range from moments of contemplation to bouts of laughter and it is always a joy to witness and record.

Complemented with a Special place such as the Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay makes it a wholesome experience.

The famous Sunset Strip.

Extending from the roundabout, on the Queens Highway, to the cul-de-sac along the old highway.

Passing by some of Sigatoka's beautiful Resorts and establishments such as the Sandy Beach cottages , , , Kaila Na Ua, Waitaci villas, Beach Bar & Grill, and its unique Pizzas and not forgetting home to Fiji's very own

It makes for a walk to remember.

The dichotomy of both positive and negative, each allowed by choice to permeate and create a being that would touch and influence hearts and minds alike.

We are indeed PIECES of all that we have been blessed to meet and see.
