We know we have been quite this year but we are working on it! With so much happening on the farm its hard to find the time to bring you all the products you love.
We are however very happy to say we have organised some dates for Sunday Lunch at the farm. The menu will be put up this week for the 4 course meal but to secure your spot please message us here, email or call 06.84.61.52.39.

A lovely set of starters from Saturdays tasting. Mozzarella and tomato salad with a balsamic and olive oil dressing, along with homemade fishcakes with a lime and ginger jelly. Both went down very well. Also served to the brides, large mushroom with a blue cheese cream sauce, sweet onion and red pepper parcels, ham hock salad dressed with a honey and balsamic reduction. Main course pictures tomorrow!

Here is just one of the options that we will be serving our brides to be this Saturday!
Mozzarella stuffed chicken breast, wrapped in our own home cured crispy bacon. Served with a cream chive sauce.

Succulents belly pork with crispy crackling, perfectly served with mustard mash and onion gravy. A real comfort food dish for any time of the year.
A pork box can be ordered with Earl Les Fromentaux and is available weekly. Extra cuts (belly pork, roasting joints and other goodies available on request) for delivery collection this Saturday from La Souterraine. Please order quickly to avoid disappointment.
Poitrine de porc succulente aux craquelins croustillants, parfaitement servie avec une purée de moutarde et une sauce à l'oignon. Un vrai plat réconfortant à tout moment de l'année.
Un colis de porc peut être commandé avec Earl Les Fromentaux et est disponible chaque semaine. Découpes extra (ventre de porc, rôtis et autres marchandises disponibles sur demande) pour livraison à retirer ce samedi à La Souterraine. Veuillez commander rapidement pour éviter toute déception.
