I'd like to introduce myself 👋 My name is Pippa, owner of Bang On Catering. I've been a chef for almost 15 years, starting as a kitchen porter in Cullen, Scotland. I then moved to Aberdeen & studied professional cookery for 3 years. In this time I worked in fine dining restaurants & became one of the youngest female head chefs in Aberdeen at the time. I moved to Morzine, France 6 years ago where I started working as a private chef. In 2022 I decided to take a leap of faith and start my own business, Bang On Catering. Where I can provide in house private dining packages from one off dinners for a special occasion to full week catering, as well as events such as weddings.

It was a busy few days in the valley. Lifts opened in for the weekend and I did my first booking for winter '23/24. The guests loved this gin & beetroot gravadlax salmon with pickled veg & dill mayonnaise.
