Just a couple things from Cwtch,
The Cwtch diary is definitely open for this year, there is even potential for booking in 2026💜 We’re open for any and all events and we’re here to help in whatever capacity you need🤍

Cwtch is going to be attending a few wedding and business events, it would be great if we could get some shares from you lovely people when the time comes☺️

We all know that spring and summer will be upon us way too soon, this can be a really busy time again, plenty of events such as concerts, festivals, camping, weekend trips to a seaside destination, weddings in the sun!! 🫠🥰

We went to spectate at the Cardiff half, and it got us thinking 🤔
In this picture alone you can see:
—> uneven ground
—> crowds of people
—> rainy weather conditions
—> long queues
—> far distances to walk

This is an example of an event that we can help with☺️
We can’t do much about the uneven ground, and weather but we can support our clients and their families to make this day as smooth as it can be✨

🌸We can support with transport to and from the event, we would have sourced the most accessible parking on the day and used it

🌸We can support with mobility, we can help to navigate the crowds and find the best route for you to enjoy the fantastic food and drinks available

🌸If mobility is particularly restricted we can find a nice place to sit with our clients and spend the day doing pleasant accessible activities so that you can go and support the runners without worrying, they will be safe with us💜

🌸Staying in Cardiff for the weekend? We provide overnight support, or we can be there at any time you would like. Whatever we can do to help you, we will.

👰🏼 💝 We will be getting ready early, can you come to the venue, or our home, while we are getting ready? Yes! We can arrive at a time that suits all parties. We can arrive early enough to help your relative get ready, and this could include getting up and showering before dressing. We can also provide the transport to the venue. 🌻🌺

🤵🏼❣️We might be staying overnight at the venue, can you look after my relative overnight? Yes! We can provide support throughout the whole day and stay overnight (accommodation will need to be supplied) and we can support your relative with their bedtime routine and help them into bed and we can be available throughout the night if needed (dependant on the room situation at the venue, which we would assess beforehand). Alternatively, we could take your relative home whenever they are ready to leave and stay overnight with them.🌻🌸

🍾 💕My relative has complex needs, how will you manage this? Our service is totally personalised to each user. We carry out assessments of individual needs and form a care plan accordingly, with the help of the person requiring assistance and of family members / friends. We prefer to spend some time with our clients at least once before the event and again, this will be dependent on individual requirements. 🌻💐
