Hi everyone, l confess I’ve neglected to share photos of Christmas Wreaths and workshops! It has been a very busy time, especially with the arrival of our first grandchild, baby Ava ❤️. Totally adorable!

When l’m not growing and arranging flowers, l love to cook! Today my husband and l met Rick Stein in Rossiter Bookshop in Hereford where he was promoting his new book. He is our favourite chef and such a lovely man. Just flicking through the pages of ‘Food Stories’ and deciding what to cook for the family this weekend. Can’t wait!

I was so honoured to be asked to create farewell tributes for someone’s sister and auntie. Their only request was something pretty and natural in blue and yellow. The heart shaped tribute and wreath was created using silver birch branches and sustainable sourced moss adorned with flowers grown on my field. All totally biodegradable. It was a very thoughtful and strangely calm experience. It made me realise that flowers at a funeral do give loved ones something to focus on at such an emotional time.

Early birthday celebrations in Kefalonia for our lovely daughter, Chloe. Fabulous holiday with my very special sister Jayne, hubby Den and daughter Cherry. My amazing husband, Chris, stayed at home to look after my flower field and allotment. He assures me everything is alive and doing well! Can’t wait to see him and my flowers tomorrow.

Well, if you saw my last post about decorating the iconic RHS Letters at the Malvern Spring Festival, here they are finished! team have done an amazing job and continue to maintain the flowers over the hot weekend. I loved every minute of it. The show is fabulous as usual, so get yourself a ticket and have a great day! Don’t forget to checkout the letters. They’re just behind the show gardens and in front of the band stand. 🌸🌸🌸

Really excited to let you all know that l am part of a team of flower farmers and florists from the West Midlands region of Flowers From The Farm, who have been selected to decorate the iconic RHS letters at the Malvern Show, which opens on Thursday May 9th. The build starts today and has been designed by the very talented Nicola . We will be creating the structure from willow and decorating with locally grown flowers, seed heads and grasses. Our aim is to illustrate a year in the life of a flower farmer. I hope you can come along and have your photograph taken in front of the letters with the gorgeous Malvern Hills as the back drop. I’ll be at the show again on Thursday with the team. Come and say hello!

Just picked and conditioning ready for tomorrow’s gift bouquets. They are looking pretty amazing. Speciality tulips, ranunculus, anemones, Solomon’s seal and narcissi, plus foliage. Can cut more today for delivery tomorrow if anyone would like a bunch, or bouquet to brighten up your day or someone else’s. Message me for more information. Bunches of shorter stemmed tulips £10 or £15, a bunch of dynamic long stemmed tulips £20, Hand tied bouquet start at £25. A presentation gift box can be added for £5.
All grown here in Alvechurch, Worcestershire by me 😀. Organically grown, peat free, no pesticides and fully compostable packaging.
