2024 not the year we expected.

A successful mind blowing business year - not a great one personally.

That’s ok - sometimes expectations are a blueprint for failure I once heard.

2025 - learning to navigate being a twosome (three with Milo 🐶) Being single, vulnerable & forever grateful for what we do have in life and the lessons being taught.

Final words - Don’t think it’s a given - work hard, play hard. Cuddle & love those who love you unconditionally ❤️❤️

2025 you are going to be interesting. Thanks to all who continue to support me & my culinary journey. You guys are fu***ng awesome. ❤️❤️

🎄🎂🥳Aman’s festive 30th Birthday 🎄🎂🥳

It’s always a special event when it’s a surprise birthday party 🤫

When we see the reactions of those who are surprised and the amount of joy it gives to everyone - this is the BEST feeling ❤️

It was an eclectic menu with lots of variety and something for all!

• Onion Bhaji 🧅

• Thai red chicken curry 🍛

• Freshly fried bhatura 🫓
• Egg fried rice 🍳
• Avocado & sweetcorn salad with chilli & lime 🥑

Always a pleasure to cater for the lovely & family! Being part of your milestone birthdays are always such a joy! We loved using your new kitchen too!

We cooked up a feast!
• Lamb sliders
• Salt & Pepper Chicken
• Spiced cod bites
• Samosa Chaat
• Chilli Paneer
• Creamy butter chicken
• Chole
• Vegetable rice

To finish & cleanse the palette - the ever so refreshing key lime pie 🍈

A 40th to remember 🎈💨💨🌬️🌬️🌧️

Storms can be causing destruction outside but we were cooking up a serious gastonromical storm in a kitchen in Gerrards Cross. Some of my favourite dishes:

• Crispy lamb bites
• Gunpowder Chicken
• Samosa Chaat
• Lamb Biryani
• Chilli Paneer
• Roasted butternut squash, quinoa, baby leaf, feta & pine but salad

Diwali celebrations for the lovely .

What a setting - a gorgeous lake met with the warm candle light, delicious canapés & mains paired with family & friends.

We started off with floating canapés such as paneer croquettes, spiced cod bites & samosa chaat bowls & moved into the night with comforting Chole, methi chicken & coriander paneer.

Huge thanks to & Claire Garden for all your hard work with our external outdoor kitchen setup & bartending!

Saturday night was the night for drinks, good food & laughter 🍾🥰

We catered for Angela’s 60th Birthday dinner party where we had all the good good stuff on the menu!

• Crispy battered corn
• Gunpowder Prawns
• Salt & Pepper Chicken
• Paneer Croquettes

Just to name a few!

We did a trio of desserts with French toast being my fav 😍

We loved dressing the table to match the season - lots of seasonal squash!

Always a joyous night when the candles dim down & the drinks are flowing x

Hey, it’s me. just Gem! The seed behind Menu 11.

I am so proud of how far my team & I have got. It truly is a little family of a team who have lots of fun & giddy times, not to mention all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes!

So a little bit about me!

• 37 & going strong!

• Boy mum to 8 year old Dilan - the most happiest & gorgeous boy ❤️

• Lived in North London most of my life then moved to Bucks where we have been for the last 5 years 🏠

• Worked in the retail industry up until Covid hit then decided to pull out the net from underneath me & go ahead & set up my own Catering & Events company 💪🏽

• Love travelling & my family even more - they are everything. 🌍

• Wear my heart on my sleeve - believe in being kind until you are not - believes that this life is truly here to be lived to the fullest ✨

• Going through a life change at present- don’t worry I am fine! I have an amazing support network but here is to all my people who carry on no matter what! We have this 🙏🏽

Thanks for following me & being here for my journey into doing anything you truly believe in! Sky is seriously the limit 🚀 dedicated to all the dreamers out there x

A 40th on a gorgeous September day 🎉🍁

We had the pleasure of being asked by to cook up a feast on the charcoal BBQ & have our luxury display to mark the 40th birthday of her husband who totally wasn’t expecting it.

Such kind & welcoming hosts make it all the more rewarding for us to be part of the milestone celebrations.

We had a gastronomical feast for these guests:
• Crispy aloo bhajia
• Vegetable bhajia
• Garlic chilli mogo
• Paneer Tikka
• Chicken Tikka
• Lamb seekh kebab
• Lamb sliders

It was also great to meet .bwaves whose chocolate fountain was a total distraction!always great to meet kind & friendly vendors in the industry.

Riana’s 1st Birthday at the Great Bath in Ruislip 🎈🎉🎁

Setting up in an 800 year old barn was something else. The smell, the feels, the atmosphere all felt amazing. Don’t worry - lots of measure were taken to protect it!

When this little star Raina come to me for a tasting I knew she was a foodie at heart! We loved being part of this families’ special day in celebrating such a milestone 🥳

We did what we do best! Our charcoal Kenyan BBQ & on site fresh frying!

What a wholesome bank holiday weekend!

1. We had a blast with .prajapat_ & celebrating major milestones!
2. Always amazing to see my girl with her gorgeous family.
3. A heartwarming night & day with my brother & sis in law eating, drinking, watching horror movies & faffing about ❤️
4. Having a chilled day at a local fete in Hazelemere

Tarun’s 40th Birthday & annual summer party 🥃

We had the pleasure of helping .prajapat_ with making this night one to remember for . Despite the heavy down pour of rain - the BBQ. & bar continued!!

We had such a blast with our new charcoal BBQ & serving up so good old spicy lamb chops & wings alongside some Caribbean cocktails!

Love the whisky bar created by Aasha and all the detail that went into it.

Sunday was the day for my lovely client .j.bahia whose family are as wholesome as a cup of tea on a rainy day ❤️💧

We started with a chaat station & onion bhajis followed by a luxurious array of dishes for the family.

Bright & bold was the theme & I think we definitely achieved this. Thanks again .j.bahia for allowing us into your home & being part of your celebrations 💕
