Not only did Be Our Guest Events have the pleasure of setting up for jennas dance show this weekend we also had the pleasure of supplying not 1 but 3 gender reveal balloons for little cruz to pop at the end of each show

My favourite stage set up yet

This is the 3rd year Be Our Guest Events have had the pleasure of setting up the The Reid Hall in Forfar and The Webster Theatre in Arbroath for Jenna at Dance JC and her dancers

This year we went for something much more exciting than just the balloon arch

This year marked 100 years of Disney and 10 yrs of Dance Jc

10 years of an incredible dance teacher and lady with the biggest heart of gold

As always thank you so much jenna it's been a blast 🖤🤍❤️💛

Well well well day disco has to be one of my least busy events to date

So many cancellations last minute but tickets were paid for thankfully so we weren't at a loss

What a crowd we did have turn up though and what a ball was had, my legs and feet are aching from all the dancing and my cheeks hurt from so much laughter

It was so nice for once to be able to relax enjoy the moment and interact with everyone who attended such a lovely bunch thank you

Huge thank you to beezer for doing the music ethan for the gladiator and a huge thank you to the porty lads and the bar staff for looking after us all

As usual I didn't get many pictures but here's a few of what I did manage to get

💥 New Props 💥

Be Our Guest Events got ourselves some new telescopic balloon stands today and they are just amazing

These can go from 1 5ft right up to 7ft high, so lightweight and simple to adjust, they can be used as table stands or floor stands

Of course I just had to play about tonight 💥

From the time I said I was stopping until now ive been so torn here's a few reasons why

I've had adults say aw tracy we look forward to your nights out with friends, family and work colleagues

People message saying we don't know what we will do for our works xmas night out now

People come in my work and say we're gutted the kids love coming to your events

BUT most of all the kids asking lastnight when's the next one when it's not even finished yet

That's a whole lot of love and support and when I look back on the past 3 years I genuinely do have alot alot of regulars who attend every single time and have done since the start

So with that I guess the madness isn't over just yet

I wonder whats next could it be an Olivia Rodrigo Tribute and an End Of Summer Disco

On behalf of Be Our Guest Events thank you so so much to all the kiddies who came in proper rave style tonight

A massive thank you to chef at the Cafe Project this man is a bloody saint

A massive thank you to Grey Events for the sound system and the cannons WOW the cannons were fantastic

The biggest thank you to Robert Mcgregor and Nico for the music you both absolutely smashed it

And a huge thank you to these guys Hannah Reynolds and John Noble i'd be completely lost without yous and your help

I think tonight for me was a real eye opener, you can't give up on something you truly love, Events are a massive part of my business always have been and with these two around Hannah and John we can maybe just keep them going ❤️❤️

My living room is slowly getting back to looking like my living room instead of an explosion of balloons and boxes, a massive thank you to everyone who has purchased an elf box this year with Be Our Guest Events its much appreciated i hope you all have as much fun with the elf or elves as i did making these up, there has been quite a few asks for last minute elf boxes but unfortunately I just cant do it, from now until monday messages will not get the prompt response they usually do as I am head to toe in the grotto, I will however catch up on all messages at night time when I get home and get a chance 2 more sleeps to go until we kick start December with one of our busiest events of the year when I say I am buzzing I am actually BUZZING ❤️🎅❤️
