The Artisan show has showcased and featured some of the most talented artists and makers from around the uk this year, and we have been fortunate to of held two very successful events at Staunton Harold with the summer show in the beautiful grounds of the hall and then the winter spectacular which allowed visitors to explore inside the private grade I Georgian mansion.
The Artisan show wouldn’t be a success without these amazing artists and makers, and listening to our visitor feedback you can clearly see this has been recognised.

Staunton Harold estate doesn’t just support artists twice a year with the events, they do it on a daily basis with their onsite crafts centre known as the Ferrers Centre. The centre has housed and supported artists and makers for 50 years and is still thriving today. So a million thanks to from us makers for continuing to support handmade here on the estate.
The resident artists are currently busy preparing their shops and studios ready for the annual late night shopping event which will include live music, brass band and some festive treats for you to enjoy, and will take place on December 6th. It is free to visit and everyone is welcome. .centre.arts.and.crafts

Can you believe the Artisan show at Staunton Harold was a week ago already? Where does the time go? But what a fabulous 4 days it was 🤩

We are only a very small team and I’m slowly working our way through the emails and enquiries for our events next year, so please do bear with us.

Wowzers what a fantastic 4 days it has been for the .artisan.show this week at Staunton Harold hall.

A year’s worth of planning and organising all done and dusted just like that! Leigh and I would like to personally thank each and everyone of our fellow artisans that joined us making this event so special, from the feedback we have had so far I’m sure you will agree the quality on display was outstanding!! Thank you to the 5k+ visitors that visited and supported the event it was great to see you leave with arms full of bags supporting these guys 🙏
A big thank you to our fellow artisan friends that we called upon to lend a hand to help us bring it all together.

for styling the hall, the decorations you saw in the hall was down to this beautiful pair, we couldn’t of done it without them the hall looked stunning, thank you 🙏

the maps to guide you around the show that you were handed on arrival was thanks to Chris, thank you 🙏

and the beautiful elegant cut out ballerinas you saw outside the hall was thanks to Tim and Simon, thank you 🙏

Our good friend John Beer who takes care of the whole entertainment for us over the show, thank you 🙏

the lovely Matthew such a great guy, who always makes everyone smile 😊 thank you 🙏

peri is an absolute star providing us such a professional hassle free service, thank you 🙏

our fantastic pianists playing for you throughout each day of the show, thank you 🙏

Overall a great show had by all! We are off for a couple of days rest now before we get ready to start planning all over again 🤗

what an absolute pleasure this has been to once again organise this fantastic event. The weather has been kind, the artisans have been incredible, particularly the stalls braving it out in the cold, absolute troopers!👏

That’s it!! the day has finally arrived after a year’s worth of planning, we’re all set up and ready to welcome you all tomorrow for the first day of our 4 day event I can not tell you how excited we are for you to meet these incredible artists!! each and everyone of the stalls looks absolutely amazing both inside and outside of this stunning Georgian hall. We are pretty sure you are going to love this show as much as we do organising it 😍

Set up day 1 🙌

It’s an early morning start here as our artisans begin to unload. First on the ground is resident artist with his handmade industrial style lighting. This display looks fantastic under the stairway inside the hall 🤩

The artisan show is a gathering of talented artisans who create one of a kind pieces ranging from artwork, jewellery, textiles, skincare, home fragrances, ceramics, glass, wood, metal, plus so much more!! There are so many reasons why this event is worth a visit but one of the best reasons is, by visiting the show you are supporting many local artisans who pour their heart and soul into creating each piece.
