⚖️ 10kg down- 7kg to go
Weight has stabilised at 3weeks postpartum so time to fix the diet. Focusing on getting steps in, pelvic floors and gentle bodyweight exercises before I head back to the gym.
❌AVOID-
Sit ups
Full front planks
Full push ups
Russian twists
Oblique side bends
Upward dog
Boat pose (v sit)
Heavy weights
✅ Focus on-
Kegel exercises
Pelvic tilts
Glute Bridges
Variations of bodyweight squats
Side lying clams
Knee side plank
Diaphragmatic breathing
⚠️STOP if you feel any pressure in the perineum, experience increase in bleeding, leak urine or f***s, bulging in the abdomen, dizziness, off balance or significant pain.
