With over 30 years within the business, as a senior lecturer, judge, award winning competitor, demonstrator and writer of many tutorials, I know I can make your Wedding cake as Special as we hope your day is. Offering moist Genoese, Lemon, Chocolate, Toffee, Red Velvet, Carrot and Egg free sponges and a rich fruit cake laced with rum we have all bases covered. Attention to detail is my passion and I will only take on one commission a week, ensuring our customers get a bespoke professional service with a unique individual service.
