As forecast, we've now SOLD OUT of tickets in advance for our first fireworks night on Saturday 7 October. Keep checking the booking link at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk/illuminations as we do sometimes get cancellations.

However, *don't* be taken in by online scammers who claim to have spare tickets. Anyone offering tickets on this page will be blocked (sorry, but we hate to see people being duped out of cash).

The situation on sell-out nights is that we may have tickets available at the gate on a first come, first served basis, but only after the first visitors with advance tickets have left the Gardens. We monitor this and it tends to happen sometime before 8.30pm.

If you're planning to visit one of our fireworks nights, our best advice is to book *now* to avoid disappointment.

However, if you prefer a more relaxed experience, our September nights are perfect. No fireworks, but everything else is there for your enjoyment, including the stars of the show, the spectacular decorated boats on the river, children's characters, entertainers, food and drink stalls, a kiddies' fairground and of course the illuminations 👍
