⚠️*IMPORTANT UPDATE*⚠️
I’m sure everyone has noticed I’ve been very quiet on socials recently it’s been a very hectic summer for me. But for those that don’t know, I am now delighted to be running The Victoria Pub in Baldock, it’s been a super busy few months and a great new challenge for me. As you can imagine with all my buffet bookings and long hours in the pub my feet haven’t touched the ground recently.
As hard as it is to consider letting go of my buffet business which was a dream,I am making some changes to it, and now only taking on large party bookings rather than smaller occasions. Please send me a message if you are requiring catering and if I can do it I will do my best.
I really hope to see you all in the Vic public house whether your a regular customer or new it will be great to see you.

I had a lovely busy weekend catering for 30 people for a birthday celebration. They had a mixture of boards filled with lots of delicious grazing nibbles. Including a bread board with pates. What a fabulous weekend for Ma’s, I provided a 2 part catering service for a lovely family in Baldock celebrating a 90th birthday. I delivered a large grazing board first with all their favourites on, then a few hours later delivered platters of sandwiches and crisps. They wanted the food to flow all day and it did. I had some wonderful feedback too. Makes it even more of a pleasure to do 🥰.

I have been very busy this week planning and organising a large grazing board & buffet for some wonderful customers this coming weekend. I cannot wait to share the photos. I was delighted yesterday to provide a grazing board for A company in letchworth for a meeting they had. One attendee had a lactose intolerance so I made sure they had their own small separate tray to enjoy.
I had a lovely email after thanking me which is always so good to hear.
